Hi! I’m Christian, a service advisor who joined the auto industry in 2021, and have loved every moment! My hometown is Minneapolis, MN, and I completed my education at Hopkins High School. I have great skills in soccer and specialize in beat-making in music. As someone who truly supports Real Madrid, I genuinely believe they are the greatest soccer club worldwide. Out of all the places I’ve traveled, Los Angeles is my favorite. Each visit makes me want to relocate. I tend to go with my bros because everything is better when I have the two I can depend on. I skateboard, work out at the gym, and try to stay in shape for soccer during my off days. I love my job and how it all took off. I began my career as a service runner, transitioned into a lube technician, and then became proficient in professional detailing. Now I’m an Advisor! I love being the go-between for my guests and technicians, ensuring clear communication and successful completion of the job. Providing customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of our service department. My humble, compassionate, and understanding nature makes me someone that people enjoy working with. I not only listen carefully, but I also enjoy offering assistance. Being able to learn rapidly is one of my other skills, including understanding people quickly. I thrive on teamwork and continuously improving my servicing skills!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated on my vehicle, and made what could have been a stressful repair experience so much easier. I was not impressed with this service advisor. I did not feel that he was genuinely interested in helping resolve my concerns or providing the best customer experience. It seemed like there was little effort made to address issues during the current visit, and I was left wondering whether this was due to dealership practices or the advisor's own approach. Most concerning was that there was an issue with my vehicle that apparently qualified for a warranty repair, yet this was never communicated to me. Better communication and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction would have made a significant difference.
