Hi! I’m James Burton, a service advisor who has been with Luther for five years and counting, but my automotive journey began in 2001. I prioritize keeping customers informed and involved during the entire service process. My decision to join the industry was driven by my desire to help others and my love for cars. Many people return or recommend me because of my exceptional customer service. Customers recognize that I will be transparent, informative, laid-back, and engaged throughout the entire service process. When I’m not working, I have a passion for football and coaching kids aged 14 and under. I enjoy boating, fishing, and anything else related to the outdoors. My love for traveling has taken me to several places, including Mexico, Honduras, and along the west coast.
