Not necessarily about James specifically but wanted to give feedback. We got our car in for warranty repair. It was in service for 11 days without *any* further communication or timeline. After a week we started calling the service dept but the calls almost never went through even after repeated attempts, and we couldn't even leave a voicemail (at least using the main line). We usually ended up having to call sales to get someone in service to call us. It was a huge headache every time, and we didn't get any info on the state of our car until day 10, when we were informed that they ordered parts and made repairs without our knowledge. Though it was covered under warranty, we were left in the dark and weren't able to give informed consent. Overall communication was a huge headache and it took massive effort to get any information, and it felt as though the employees couldn't be bothered to talk to us. I understand that the service dept is short staffed, but this was unreasonable. Overall though I was happy with the repairs, and they stood by the warranty and even caught and fixed another issue that we were not aware of. Just wish it had not been such a headache, and makes me very unlikely to return here for service.
