Hello and welcome! As a Service Advisor, I take a friendly, understanding approach to helping the valued clients who rely on us to keep their cars running smoothly and safely. My knowledge, empathy, and active listening contribute to the great experiences people have even in stressful situations. My goal is always to take care of others the way that I’d like to be cared for. Originally from St. Francis, Minnesota, I graduated from St. Frances High School where I played a lot of sports. Today, I'm a proud dad to two-year-old twins and enjoy playing basketball in my free time. I’m also very into cars which makes this the perfect job for me. I look forward to serving you when you visit our dealership.

Jonathan is hands down the best customer service advisor we've ever worked with! Rarely do you see people go the extra mile for clients, yet this is something he consistently does. I sent him a text this morning about getting in for service, and he always responds in a timely manner. It's the little things like this that add up and go a long way with clients. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend! My son is looking at Mazdas for his first car, because he knows how great the service is!

I am disappointed with the way my 2024 cx50 was handled as regards servicing and handling of the servicing . 1.the break fluid compartment in the car is empty and my car couldn't break or does not gold instantly when I am driving , I am just discovering it today 09/22/2026. 2, the radiator cap or cover was not properly placed on the radiator and the radiator is empty as well , no radiator coolant and also the valve cap has been missing since the last time Ii serviced the car with Mazda brookdape, I will never recommend anyone since you guys refused to work on my car I bought from you guys , this is a deliberate attempt to make my car have an accident
