The overall experience was great. It would have been a 10/10 if the hood scratches weren’t missed on your presale inspection. It really put a damper on my new car experience when I found them later at home. I would still recommend Josue to my family and friends.

I found him probably new to Mazda and sales. Just going by the book. More interested in making a sale instead of pleasing the customer. I had to purchase floor mats for a new car and he went back on a quoted price of mats, follow through was not good. I feel if you quoted a price you should honor it. Not customer problem if you made a mistake. Know your business.
