I wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I was with my recent experience purchasing my car from your dealership. I especially want to recognize Marcus Johnson for his outstanding work. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, followed up when needed, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and that I was comfortable with the process. Very helpful and knowledgable. Answered all questions on line or over the phone in a timely manner. If he didn't know the answer he asked someone else and got back to me quickly. Very easy to talk to and gave honest answers. He was always involved even when it was with us talking to the paperwork side. All of our initial dealings were over the phone and online, once we finalized buying the vehicle we drove to MN and met him in person. He knew who we were as we walked in the door, we did have an appointment but that was still top notch. Very pleasant and you could tell he loved what he did. Easy dealing with the whole staff and within an hour we were out the door with our new vehicle! I have had a couple questions since buying the vehicle and he still is super responsive. Highly recommend Luther Brookdale and Lemarcus.

Marcus is exceptional in every way, and very knowledgeable, caring, and warm in his approach of explaining answers to our questions. He was a great help to make the right decision. We love our new 2026 Mazda-CX90. Mazda is fortunate to have Marcus representing great cars!
