My name is Melissa. I randomly started in the car business after graduate school in 2009. I work with honest people that have very high standards when it comes to customer service. I love helping and guiding people to find the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget. My priority is to help you find the best option for you, that is my only goal. The best part of my job is providing a fun experience and forming long lasting relationships with my customers. Melissa was personable, professional, informed,; she stated she's been in car sales for 10 years; listened to what I wanted to pay, used her insight to view inventory and proposed best vehicle on-site she thought would best meet my want/need w documented maintenence. Melissa was so great to work with - I threw her some changes last minute but she handled it like it was no big deal - and she was really fun to work with. Was great to deal with someone who knows her job, can talk cars, money and finance. She works with some nice boys at the dealership who support her as well, they were real sweet.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. Melissa listened to my thoughts on what I wanted and was very knowledgeable of the features of the vehicles she showed me and allowed me to test drive. For me, buying a new car is a huge decision. Melissa was very patient and asked questions to ensure I was receiving all the special considerations and/or discounts I was entitled to. She allowed me all the time I needed to consider my options. She kept in touch with me over the course of the couple of weeks it took for me to make my decision but the amount of email and texts she sent were not overwhelming. She put me at the center of the decision and helped me feel supported in the decision I was making.
